Admission on process
NEW CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL & JR.COLLEGE CHANDRAPUR welcomes students to an enriching and joyful learning experience. The Admission procedure is completely transparent and has been designed to ensure a suitable fit between what the parents and children expect from the school and what the school in turn can offer to them.
1) Procedure for Admission :-[ Preprimary , Std I ]
1)All the children have a right of Admission in our school, irrespective of their belonging to any caste, community or religion.
2) A candidate who joins a school from home or from a private school has to produce an official Birth certificate (original ) in support of the date of birth entered in the register.
Minimum age for Admission.
Nursery 2 Yrs. 7 Months.
LKG 3 Yrs. 3 Months. On 30th June
ADMISSION PROCESS FOR NURSERY, LKG AND UKG
Fun & Learn Play School
Parents applying for Nursery, LKG and UKG will be required to fill out an application form. The child and the parents will interact with the Principal and Teachers and the child will be observed in a group setting to assess his/her ability to interact in a school environment.
Standard 1 onwards:
A simple yet comprehensive three-stage admission process will be used;
Initial screening on the basis of the application form
*Aptitude/Subject oriented tests to determine the child's proficiency across different subject areas
*Interaction with the child and the parents to assess the child's ability and eagerness to Learn
2) REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION (PRIMARY AND HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL)
Admission to any section of the school is granted to the applicants whose principles and interests are in harmony with aims and objectives of the school, whose abilities are such as to indicate the possibility of a successful scholastic records, who give evidence of becoming an asset to the Institution and not to drag on its program.
*STUDENTS FOR FRESH ADMISSION SHOULD PRODUCE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
*Medical fitness certificate from a qualified doctor
* 3 passport size photographs (one copy to be affixed on the admission form)
*Original Birth certificate / TC
*Caste certificate for schedule caste, schedule tribe or minorities students
*In case of special child Medical certificate required ( its inclusive schooling )
*ADMISSIONS :
3) Normally students are admitted at the beginning of the academic session.
Admissions are made only against vacancies and on the basis of a written test and
interview. The Principal's decision is final.
Students who seek admission after having studied in another school will have to produce the following:
1) The school leaving/Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
2) The original Birth Certificate.
3) The report of progress and co-curricular activities in the school previously attended.
4) UDISE No. Xerox / PEN No.
ADMISSION RULES
*Students from English medium schools only will be admitted
*Application forms should be filled in and returned to the Principal before the due date with all the necessary documents
*Incomplete application forms will be rejected totally
*Guarantee of admission to the Institution solely rests under the discretion of the management
